Er, how do the lessons work exactly? 1. Firstly, you fill out and send the form on our Skype Lessons page. This will give us the information we need to work out the best class and teacher for you. 2. Once we have received the form we make sure that you are set up properly. You will need to download some free software (Skype) to your PC and have some earphones/headset and microphone so that you are able to listen and speak to the teacher. We will guide you through this process if you require assistance. Plus, we will also test your connection to make sure that everything works properly. (It is also possible for us to call you via your landline telephone, but this will incur an extra cost per lesson – usually around £1 or $2 – the exact rates are available on request). 3. Then, we will assign you to a class and teacher and make sure everything is set for your first lesson and that you are happy and ready to go. 4. Then, at the agreed time, your teacher will contact you for your first lesson! Simple! (You will be given email addresses for homework etc. -if appropriate - during the lesson).
