How do the lessons work?

4.Prefer telephone
 
No problem. If you choose to use your telephone instead, we will charge you an extra amount for the cost of the call - usually around £1-2 per lesson - feel free to email us for the exact charges).
 
5. Details DETAILS
 
Choose the details of your lesson: language, timing. level etc. by submitting our online form. CLICK HERE for the form. Once we receive the form we will assign you to a class and teacher and agree all the details with you by email.

Pay for the classes! There are different payment options in our SHOP. Again, if you are confused, drop us an email and we will advise you on what is appropriate.

We make sure you are set up properly. You need to decide how you want to learn: by telephone or by SKYPE.
 
 
 
2. Huh?
What is SKYPE?
If you don't know what SKYPE is, don't worry - it is basically some free software that allows you to talk with a microphone and speakers or headphones on the Internet via your PC. The great thing is - it's free (and easy to set up). All you need is a computer with access to the Internet, and some earphones/headset/speakers and mic so that you can talk and listen to your teacher. CLICK HERE to go to the SKYPE website, where you can download the software.

Some Notes
1. Group classes are cheaper than individual classes, plus the more you book for, the bigger the discount.
 
2. Our shop automatically converts into your local currency.
 
3. A group will be either 2, 3 or 4 pupils. If you are interested in joining a group, then we will give you the available group times once you have filled out our online form. If there are no suitable groups available for you, then we will put you on a group waiting list and inform you of when the first suitable group becomes available.
